Below are links to 2 files outlining the Bylaws changes pending. The first file is an outline that includes just the paragraphs with the proposed changes quick review of what to look for. The second file is a complete revised version of the bylaws. Paragraphs not listed in the first file are basically un-changed.
The goal of most of the changes is to keep the bylaws focused on the general vision of the topics and move complex details to operating policies and guidelines. This makes things easier to make minor adjustments to the policies without having to re-write the bylaws.
